Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is an ancient medical system that stems from a deep understanding of the laws and patterns of nature; it applies these to the human body and by creating balance achieves health.  At the heart of TCM is the tenet that the root cause of illness, not its symptoms, must be treated to create true and lasting health. TCM is holistic in its approach and is based on balance. Every part of a person's body, mind, spirit, and emotions are viewed as one complete circle rather than loosely connected pieces to be treated individually.

Treatments used within TCM are:

  • Herbology: Using herbs to heal the different imbalances that create disease.
  • Acupuncture: The insertion of needles in acupuncture points to aid the flow of Qi and thereby balance energy and create health.
  • Qigong: A practice in self-energy cultivation similar to Yoga. Is also used to heal others.

NAET

Nambudripads Allergy Elimination Technique (NAET) is a cutting edge and revolutionary treatment for Allergies/Sensitivities and their related disorders that is painless and non-invasive. It was discovered by Devi Nambudripad (Acupuncturist and Chiroptractor) of California after healing herself of severe allergies since birth. She used research and modalities from the fields of Chinese Medicine, Chiropractic, Kinesiology, Nutrition and Allopathic Medicine to create this breakthrough treatment.

NAET is based on Traditional Chinese Medical theory of Qi flow; when an allergic symptom occurs it is always preceded by a blockage or slowing of Qi (energy) in the acupuncture meridian channels. Each meridian corresponds to a particular organ system and where the imbalance occurs will dictate where the symptoms manifest ie. WHAT IS MORA?
MORA is a non-invasive assessment and treatment device which uses a person'­s own Qi (energy or electromagnetic oscillations). German Physician Dr. Franz Morell and Electronics Engineer, Erich Rasche created the MORA after 20 years of research development. They discovered that each person, organ or cell has a unique energetic imprint (spectrum of ultra-fine oscillations) that can be tested and manipulated in specific ways to promote health. All processes in the body are led by these oscillations, which follow the concept in Traditional Chinese Medicine that energy precedes physicality and the "energy body" is a blueprint of the physical. HOW DOES IT WORK?
Any type of disturbance whether it be trauma/infection/allergy/emotion etc. affects our Qi and can potentially alter our health. Dr. Morell hypothesized that if we manipulate/modify the Qi (ultra-fine oscillations) by mirroring back to the body any interfering oscillations they will cancel out and cease to cause disharmony in the body. The MORA brings harmony back to the energy body, therefore balancing physical health. MORA therapy is based on cutting edge biophysics research.

DOES IT TEST AND TREAT SENSITIVITIES?
Yes! This is one of the greatest and most used functions of the MORA machine. It can assess sensitivities to: Foods, pollens, chemicals, environmental substances etc. Once the sensitivities are found it is also fantastic for desensitizing them. The machine is used alone or sometimes in combination with NAET, which is another natural desensitization treatment modality with an 80% success rate. The frequency of the allergic substance is inverted and sent back to the body, thus cancelling the reaction.

Computerized systems such as the MORA have been around since the 1950s when Dr. Voll and Dr. Werner of Germany found that the electrical conductivity of the skin increases at acupoints. Each Acupuncture point has a healthy range of conductivity that produces health in the person, if there is a diversion from this range dis-harmony and dis-ease results. It follows that if the body'­s energy is brought back into the healthy range that health will return.
