STRESS PROGRAM

CALMe Program
Our CALMe Program was designed for all of us out there who are experiencing stress with which we are no longer able to effectively deal. When our reactions to the world begin to impact our health, moods, relationships and so forth, the quality of our lives drops dramatically and can quickly snowball.

The CALMe Program encompasses three levels of treatment based upon how far down the "stress" road you have travelled. The base program includes the Inergy Mind Spa Chair and a personalized CALMe supplement kit with the advanced programs evolving to also include Psychosomatic Energetic testing and treatment along with Heart Math Coaching, respectively, to strengthen and accelerate the process.

SLEEP PROGRAM

Sensible Sleep Program
The Sensible Sleep Program brings together a set of proven, effective therapies to get you back to sleep. It will combine the Inergy Mind Spa Chair, personalized coaching, Cranial Electro-stimulation (CES) and a complete set of At Home CD series, the 12 week program re-patterns brain wave activity to return you to a proper more restful sleep cycle.

For added comprehensive, personalized effect the Sensible Sleep program can incorporate neurotransmitter testing and treatment allowing us to further support your body towards more balanced brain chemistry and function.

CANCER PROGRAM

CASP Program (Cancer Adjunctive Support Program)
We developed the CASP Program to address the increasing need for adjunctive (supplementary) support for cancer care. The program brings together traditional and innovative health diagnostics with the latest in cancer-focused supplementation and therapies allowed in Canada. The program approach addresses immediate supportive cancer care with an eye on the long-term to determine the metabolic "reasoning" behind the development of your cancer.

By its nature, the CASP Program blends well with any conventional cancer care you may be receiving while providing the flexibility to support you at any point along your journey.

Sports Medicine Program and Performance Enhancement

Through the integrative use of many therapies at PHG - ranging from blood work and hormone panels to injection therapies and IV's - we are pleased to offer a comprehensive and throughout assessment and treatment protocol that will suit the needs of both "weekend warriors" and professional athletes alike. With years of experience - We offer our clients a strong background of experience and knowledge, and fully comply with WADA and CCES regulations.

Pain Management
Pain Management is an area of medicine too often overlooked. Similar to any good medical workup, Paradigm Health Group is capable of all diagnostic testing like blood work and imaging, and has an integrative team of professionals that can support each other through referral. Treatment options range from orthomolecular vitamins, to protocols involving injection therapies, IV therapies and ozone/UVB. Finding the root cause of the pain is our main goal, though we are also fully qualified to treat palliative as well.

AUTOIMMUNE PROGRAM

With autoimmune disorders now affecting over 10% of the population, the dramatic rise in occurrence cannot be attributed to genetics alone. In fact, recent studies have suggested that genetics plays very little in the expression of an autoimmune disorder. Environmental triggers are the key to genes being activated to cause an autoimmune reaction. At Paradigm Health Group, we have taken this latest research and developed a program to identify these environmental triggers, eliminate or minimize the effects and allow the immune system to re-establish balanced function. Environmental triggers have been connected to dietary factors (such as gluten intolerances), heavy metal toxicities and allergies, toxin exposure, and infectious material (bacteria and viruses). New test panels (antigen assay testing) have been developed to easily identify what environmental triggers are unique to you and what tissues are being attacked to further tailor the program to your individual needs. Research has shown that these antigens are present years before symptoms and a diagnosis are made. Thus, the antigen assay test can also be used to determine if family members are susceptible to developing an autoimmune disorder and stop it before it can happen.

Through this program, many patients have experienced a dramatic reduction in their symptoms and a reduction or elimination of autoimmune antibodies. The program length varies on the severity and duration of symptoms. Progress is measured by testing levels of antibodies or other diagnostic procedures.

FIRST LINE THERAPY (FLT)

FLT is a specialized therapeutic lifestyle change program that targets the underlying causes of chronic illnesses by incorporating a sensible eating plan, exercise, nutritional supplementation, and stress management. The FLT program is a 12 week supervised program that will enable you to adopt healthy lifestyle changes that have been shown to reduce your risk of the following health conditions and chronic diseases:

High cholesterol and triglycerides
High blood pressure
Type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetic
Insulin resistance and Metabolic syndrome
Polycystic ovarian syndrome
Symptoms of menopause and premenstrual syndrome

FLT addresses the underlying causes of many health conditions - poor diet, blood sugar control, weight management, and high stress levels. This program provides a lot of support for you as you begin to adjust your habits and lifestyle into a healthier way of living. One of the ways we can track your progress and keep motivation high is through the use of Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (please refer to Assessment and Diagnostic Testing for a description).

THE CAST PROGRAM

The CAST program offers an integrative, non-invasive approach to the diagnosis and treatment of the underlying causes of allergies, sensitivities and related disorders.

DETOXIFICATION PROGRAM

We are constantly exposing our bodies with chemicals through our diets and the environment in which we live in. The Liver, Intestine and Kidneys are the primary organs of detoxification, and over time they become burdened by the chemical overload and cannot function as well. When the liver's detoxification process declines, chemicals get trapped in the body's tissues which will result in poor health. Although basic detoxification begins with diet, detoxification programs can include the use of Colonic Hydrotherapy, infra red dry heat saunas, and nutritional supplementation.
